The Day Every Knee Will Bow Ep.395

And that every tongue should confess that Jesus Christ is Lord, to the glory of God the Father.” There is a day coming when there will be no atheists, no skeptics, no doubters, and no question about who Jesus Christ really is. How Close Are We to Christ’s Return? Matthew 24:42–44: “Watch therefore: for ye know not what hour your Lord doth come… Therefore, be ye also ready.” What if Jesus returned sooner than you expected? Not fifty years from now. What Will You Do With Jesus? Ep.392

What Will You Do With Jesus?  Matthew 27:22 "Pilate said to them, 'What then shall I do with Jesus, who is called Christ?'" They all said to him, “Let Him be crucified!" John 3:18 "He who believes in Him is not condemned, but he who does not believe is condemned already, because he has not believed in the name of the only begotten Son of God." There is one question every person who has ever lived must answer. It isn't… "What church do you attend?" It isn't... "How much money did you make?"It isn't... "Were you a good person?"The greatest question you will ever answer is this: "What will you do with Jesus Christ?" When Something Matters More Than Jesus Ep.391

When Something Matters More Than Jesus Mark 10:17–22 17 Now as He was going out on the road, one came running, knelt before Him, and asked Him, “Good Teacher, what shall I do that I may inherit eternal life?” 18 So Jesus said to him, “Why do you call Me good? No one is good but One, that is, God. 19 You know the commandments: ‘Do not commit adultery,’ ‘Do not murder,’ ‘Do not steal,’ ‘Do not bear false witness,’ ‘Do not defraud,’ ‘Honor your father and your mother." 20 And he answered and said to Him, “Teacher, all these things I have kept from my youth.” 21 Then Jesus, looking at him, loved him and said to him, “One thing you lack: go your way, sell whatever you have, and give to the poor, and you will have treasure in heaven; and come, take up the cross, and follow Me.” 22 But he was sad at this word and went away sorrowful, for he had great possessions." Not every person who walks away from Jesus does so because they hate Him.Some walk away because they love something else more. That's what makes the story of the Rich Young Ruler so heartbreaking. The Cost of Following Christ Ep.390

The Cost of Following Christ Luke 9:23–24 "And he said to them all, If any man will come after me, let him deny himself, and take up his cross daily, and follow me. For whosoever will save his life shall lose it, but whosoever will lose his life for my sake, the same shall save it." In many places today, the Gospel has been reduced to a simple transaction.
