was introduced to Fala Ishtoโs podcast - Dancing Shadows - through a series of strange events, and Iโm so glad I started to listen.
Listening to the first podcast episode shook something in me straight away. Iโve recently been feeling the necessity to resolve the recurrent cycles and paths I saw in my own life, and those of my close family and this was just what I needed. Falaโs episodes break down the topics of healing, transmutation, transformation and integration in such a light hearted, natural tone.
She is like the big sister, who wonโt be afraid to take you down a notch for your own good, but will have your back and be your support along your path. Going to those places we demonise and hide from is exactly what so many of us need, and something she doesnโt fail to do. Fala also shares her own experiences, methods, tips and advice for each episode, that are real tools for the progression of individual healing.
Hearing someone break down what Iโve been looking for ages in such a friendly, and strong way is not only motivating, but refreshing.
