How Do I Get Coaching Clients Without Posting Every Day

💌 [JOIN FROM CERTIFIED TO PAID] My free 5-day inbox coaching series for coaches who are done posting and hoping and ready to turn "OMG, I needed this" into "How do I pay you?" What if getting clients didn't require you to feed Instagram every single day? In this episode of Be Everything And More, Kaitlin breaks down why social media is only one path to getting paid, and why some of the most effective ways to grow your business have nothing to do with chasing the algorithm. If you're tired of feeling like your business disappears the second you stop posting, this conversation will give you a completely different way to think about visibility, leads, and sales. You'll hear what actually creates paying clients, why trying to be everywhere can make your marketing weaker, and the simple shifts that make it easier for the right people to find you, understand what you do, and take the next step. Kaitlin also gets into referrals, relational marketing, multiple revenue streams, and what she would prioritize if she had limited time but still needed to bring in clients. This episode is especially for the coach, creative, or service provider who wants a business that can make money without requiring constant content creation. If you want more clients, stronger leads, and a sales strategy that works even when you are not glued to your phone, press play. In this episode, we're talking about: How to get coaching clients without posting every day Relational marketing and referral-based marketing Getting clients without relying on the Instagram algorithm Why social media is only one lead generation strategy Building multiple lead generation channels Messaging that helps people understand your transformation Turning warm connections into potential clients The role of proximity, messaging, and invitation in sales Building a referral strategy that actually works Creating consistent visibility without being everywhere Multiple revenue streams while growing your business What to focus on when you only have a few hours a week for marketing Making direct invitations without feeling pushy Building a business that does not depend on constant content If you enjoyed this episode, share it with a business bestie and subscribe so more women building bold businesses can find the show: Please subscribe to the podcast on Apple Podcasts, Youtube, Spotify, or wherever you listen! How to Price Your Offer Without Panicking

💌 [JOIN FROM CERTIFIED TO PAID] My free 5-day inbox coaching series for coaches who are done posting and hoping and ready to turn "OMG, I needed this" into "How do I pay you?" Pricing your offer can get weird fast. One minute you feel solid about what you charge, and the next you say the number out loud on a sales call, hear silence, and suddenly you're mentally rewriting the whole offer. In this episode of Be Everything And More, Kaitlin breaks down what actually goes into pricing your offer well, and why the number itself might not be the real problem. You'll hear a different way to think about pricing that goes beyond "industry standard" or simply charging what everyone else charges. Kaitlin digs into capacity, confidence, value, the way you communicate your price, and what may really be happening when someone says, "I need to think about it." Because sometimes what looks like a pricing problem is actually a sales, messaging, confidence, or fit problem hiding underneath it. If you've been lowering your price, adding bonuses at the last second, second-guessing yourself after sales calls, or wondering whether people genuinely can't afford what you offer, this episode will give you a much clearer lens to look through. You'll also hear how to make your offers more accessible without automatically discounting them, and how to create pricing that works for both your clients and the life you actually want your business to support. In this episode, we're talking about: How to price your coaching offer with more confidence Pricing based on capacity, not just industry averages How to say your price without overexplaining or panicking What "I need to think about it" might really mean Coaching offer pricing and perceived value When a pricing problem is actually a messaging problem Payment plans, scope changes, and other alternatives to discounting Raising your prices without making a massive leap overnight Sales confidence and pricing energetics Creating profitable offers that do not require you to sacrifice your time or freedom If you enjoyed this episode, share it with a business bestie and subscribe so more women building bold businesses can find the show: Please subscribe to the podcast on Apple Podcasts, Youtube, Spotify, or wherever you listen! Build a Business That Doesn't Make You Hate Your Life

💸 [JOIN THE DEPOSIT] My free weekly series for coaches and creatives who are done guessing their way to predictable $5k+ months Schedule and "Is Coaching for Me?" Call Here There's a lot of conversation in the business world about how to make more. More money. More sales. More clients. More visibility. But there's a much less sexy question we need to be asking: Can your actual life hold the business you're trying to build? Because growth sounds incredible until the thing you created for freedom starts demanding more from you than the life you were trying to escape. In this episode of Be Everything And More, I'm talking about the very human side of building a business while also having a whole freaking life. Kids, relationships, grief, responsibilities, bills, exhaustion, ambition, dreams, all of it. And why waiting for some magical season where everything calms down before you finally go after what you want might be keeping you stuck longer than you realize. We're getting into what it actually means to build for growth without building yourself into resentment, burnout, or a calendar you hate. Because maybe the goal isn't becoming a woman who can juggle an impossible amount of things. Maybe it's creating a business that actually honors the woman doing the juggling. In this episode, we talk about: Business growth and the part nobody glamorizes Building capacity for more clients, revenue, and visibility Entrepreneurship while navigating real life The trap of waiting until you finally feel "ready" Burnout, overwhelm, and sustainable business growth Creating offers that support your time and energy Simplifying, delegating, and asking for support The difference between wanting more and being able to hold more Time freedom, financial freedom, and flexibility Building a business your life won't resent If you enjoyed this episode, share it with a business bestie and subscribe so more women building bold businesses can find the show: Please subscribe to the podcast on Apple Podcasts, Youtube, Spotify, or wherever you listen! Turning 40 Soon: Grief, Growth and Letting Go of Hustle

Schedule and "Is Coaching for Me?" Call Here Sometimes life hits hard enough that the things you were obsessing over yesterday suddenly don't feel quite so urgent. In this deeply personal episode of Be Everything And More, Kaitlin throws out the plan and speaks from the middle of a season that has changed the way she is looking at business, ambition, identity, and what actually matters. As she approaches her 40th birthday, Kaitlin is questioning some of the expectations she once had for her life and exploring what she wants to carry with her into this next decade, and what she may finally be ready to leave behind. She opens up about grief, self-worth, motherhood, belonging, and the realization that constantly pushing, proving, and forcing may not be the way she wants to live anymore. This episode isn't wrapped up in a perfect lesson or five-step framework. It's an honest conversation about what happens when you let yourself slow down long enough to hear what your life might be trying to tell you. If you've been moving through change, questioning who you're becoming, or wondering whether there might be another way forward, this one may hit differently. In this episode: Grief, loss, and changing priorities Approaching 40 and redefining success Identity shifts and personal growth Self-worth, validation, and letting go of proving Motherhood and reparenting yourself Learning to trust your body and intuition Releasing control and the need to force Entrepreneurship through real-life seasons Belonging to yourself Navigating change without having all the answers If you enjoyed this episode, share it with a business bestie and subscribe so more women building bold businesses can find the show: Please subscribe to the podcast on Apple Podcasts, Youtube, Spotify, or wherever you listen! Why You'll Never Feel Ready (And Why That's the Point)

⚡ Thinking about Embodied Earner? Doors are open. Explore the mastermind or book an "Is This For Me?" call with me here  How long have you been telling yourself, "I'm not ready yet"? Not ready to invest. Not ready to make the move. Not ready to finally do the thing you keep thinking about. It can sound responsible, even wise. But what if "not ready" is not actually protecting you? What if it is quietly keeping you in the exact place you keep saying you want to leave? In this episode of Be Everything And More, I'm unpacking the invisible cost of "I'm not ready" and what may actually be hiding underneath that hesitation. We're talking about fear, permission, identity, and why waiting until you feel completely confident can become one of the sneakiest ways to stay stuck. Because there is a cost to taking action, yes. But there is also a cost to doing nothing, and that one is a whole lot easier to ignore. If you've been watching other women move, grow, sign clients, make money, and create the business they want while wondering when you'll finally feel ready to do the same, this episode is for you. I'm sharing a different way to think about readiness, the decisions you keep postponing, and the version of you you're waiting to become. This one might challenge you a little. Listen anyway. IN THIS EPISODE: The invisible cost of waiting in your business Why "I'm not ready" may have very little to do with actual readiness Fear of failure and the stories that keep us safely on the sidelines The trap of waiting for external permission Why confidence and clarity may not come in the order you expect The connection between identity, action, and business growth Why comparing yourself to other women entrepreneurs misses something important The difference between having everything you need to start and having everything figured out A question to ask yourself if you are tired of being in the same place six months from now If you enjoyed this episode, share it with a business bestie and subscribe so more women building bold businesses can find the show: Please subscribe to the podcast on Apple Podcasts, Youtube, Spotify, or wherever you listen! You're Not Scared to Spend the Money. You're Scared It Won't Work.

⚡ Thinking about Embodied Earner? Doors are open. Explore the mastermind or book an "Is This For Me?" call with me here  What if the thing keeping you from investing in your business is not actually the money? In this episode of Be Everything And More, Kaitlin is getting into the very real fear that can come up when an opportunity feels exciting, aligned, and also a little terrifying financially. Because sometimes "I can't afford it" is the easiest answer. The harder question is what you actually believe will happen after you say yes. Kaitlin shares a personal story about making one of the biggest investments she has ever made in her own business, what was really running through her mind before she committed, and what happened once she stopped looking at the price tag as the whole story. She also pulls back the curtain on what she has seen with clients who knew they wanted support but still found themselves questioning whether they could trust themselves to follow through, make the money back, or finally create different results. If you have ever wanted to join the mastermind, hire the coach, make the investment, or take the next big step in your business and immediately felt your nervous system scream ABSOLUTELY NOT, this conversation is for you. Kaitlin is exploring the difference between a financial reality and a fear response, the hidden cost of continuing to do business the same way, and the question that may matter way more than "Can I afford this?" Listen before you make your next big business decision. In this episode: 💸 Business investment fears and what might actually be underneath "I can't afford it" 🧠 Money mindset, self-trust, and nervous system work when making bigger business decisions 📈 The difference between simply buying another program and getting the structure, accountability, feedback, and support you actually need 👀 The often-overlooked opportunity cost of staying stuck in the same revenue cycle 🔥 What it means to truly bet on yourself before you feel completely ready 💰 Creating more consistent $5K+ months as a coach or service provider ⚡ Why sales growth requires more than another strategy, script, or piece of content ✨ A peek inside Embodied Earner and the new Paid Proof 30-Day Cash Creation Challenge If you enjoyed this episode, share it with a business bestie and subscribe so more women building bold businesses can find the show: Please subscribe to the podcast on Apple Podcasts, Youtube, Spotify, or wherever you listen! The Friendship That Made Us: In Loving Memory of Mallory Geis

This episode was originally recorded in 2022 with my two lifelong best friends, Abbie and Mallory. And when I say lifelong, I mean it. Our parents were close friends growing up, and the three of us have been connected since birth. Through every version of ourselves, every life change, every heartbreak and every new beginning, our friendship remained one of the deepest roots in our lives. Today, I am sharing this conversation again in loving memory of Mallory, my Mal Pal, who tragically lost her life in the Broad Peak avalanche. Listening back now, more than four years later, feels both heartbreaking and incredibly sacred. In this episode, we talk honestly about female friendship, growing apart and back together, releasing expectations, having the hard conversations, checking on the strong friend and making time for the people we love. We also talk about how lucky we felt to have one another and how excited we were to continue growing, changing and experiencing life side by side. None of us could have known how precious those words would one day become. I hope this episode reminds you not to wait. Call your friend. Make the plan. Say "I love you." Tell the people who have walked beside you exactly what they mean to you. Mallory was bold, honest, adventurous, hilarious and deeply loving. She knew every version of me, and I will carry her friendship, her wisdom and her love with me for the rest of my life. This episode is for her. Rest in Peace, Mal Pal. 🕊️ 1986–2026

You're Educated But Broke: What's Really Keeping Coaches From Clients

[ZERO to $5K FREE MASTERCLASS] Grab Your Spot Being incredibly talented at what you do does not automatically mean people will understand why they should hire you. In fact, some of the most knowledgeable, passionate, and highly trained coaches are making the least amount of money, not because they are missing another certification or need to become better at their craft, but because their brilliance is getting lost somewhere between what they know and what their audience can actually grasp. In this episode of Be Everything And More, Kaitlin breaks down the invisible gap that keeps powerful coaches and service providers stuck. Through a real client conversation, she explores what happens when your work is deeply transformational, but the way you explain it feels too broad, complicated, or intangible for someone scrolling online. Because when potential clients cannot quickly recognize themselves, the problem you solve, or where your offer is taking them, they are far less likely to take the next step. This episode is a necessary listen for anyone who knows they can change lives but is frustrated that their business is not reflecting the depth of their experience. Kaitlin shares the shift that can make your marketing, offers, and sales conversations feel clearer without watering down the magic of your work. You may not need to learn more. You may need to finally translate what you already know into something people can see, understand, and confidently buy. Inside this episode: Why being highly skilled does not always lead to consistent clients The hidden disconnect between your expertise and your messaging Making transformational work feel clear, specific, and tangible Why potential clients may not recognize that your offer is for them The problem with broad, high-level coaching language Creating offers people can understand without oversimplifying your work The relationship between clarity, trust, and sales How to stop making people work so hard to figure out how you help Turning your knowledge into a clear path someone wants to follow What may really be blocking your next level of business growth If you enjoyed this episode, share it with a business bestie and subscribe so more women building bold businesses can find the show: Please subscribe to the podcast on Apple Podcasts, Youtube, Spotify, or wherever you listen!
