    #58: Boris Ghirardi (Pied de Robot) - Handicap et accès inclusif au sport

    Dans cet nouvel épisode du podcast, je reçois Boris Ghirardi, alias « Pied de Robot ». Sportif amputé, militant, citoyen engagé, entrepreneur, consultant, conférencier, formateur, père et mari, Boris porte beaucoup de casquettes. Il est notamment manager de l’initiative Team Adaptive de l’UTMB, fondateur et président de l’association Level Up, et entretient des liens étroits avec de grandes organisations comme Salomon. Team Adaptive est une initiative d’inclusion qui permet à des athlètes en situation de handicap, visible ou invisible, de participer aux courses UTMB, une initiative qui a particulièrement attiré mon attention lorsque j'ai regardé un des documentaires de l'UTMB de la série Extraordinary Humans sur YouTube. Dans cet épisode, Boris revient sur l’accident de moto qui a bouleversé sa vie en 2019, menant à une jambe amputée. Il nous partage sa vision de l’inclusion, de la diversité et de l’équité, au-delà des discours, des quotas et des campagnes de communication.     In this podcast episode, I get to have a conversation with another friend of mine, filmmaker and photographer, Max Kieffer. Originally from Luxembourg, Max had the courage to leave the country at a young age to chase his passion, moving from Luxembourg to London before making Dubai his base. In his late twenties now, he’s already built a solid portfolio including co-filiming a Netflix documentary.     #52: Málaga Marathon 2025 Recap - Mission Sub 3h Attempt Failed

    In this episode, I recap my marathon experience in Málaga that took place on December 14th 2025. Unfortunately, I failed at hitting my goal and golden milestone of sub 3h but I still got a big new 38-minute PB/PR (From ~3:49 to 3:11:20 at 4:32/km) and didn't quit despite of me going through the pain cave mentally and physically in the second half, including dealing with cramps on both legs for the last 7-8km's. The support from the crowd at the end was phenomenal and definitely helped me to get through it as I had to briefly stop to strech my cramped up hamstring with 1km to go. Málaga is a beautiful city and the organization of the race from the point of registration to post-race was absolutely top notch, highly recommend it and it's fast and scenic course!
