How to Scale a Wellness Business to 7 Figures with Dr. April Blake

Know your number, but it hasn't moved in two years? Take The Practice Revenue Diagnostic, a free six minute assessment that shows you which of the five stages you're actually in and the one thing holding it there. She moved her practice across an ocean and raised her packages from 3,000 to 10,000 along the way. Here's what it actually took. In this episode of The Wellness CEO Evolution, I am joined by Dr. April Blake, a naturopathic doctor, home birth midwife, and founder of Solstice Wellness Center, the first naturopathic clinic in Scotland. We talk about what it really takes to scale a practice across two continents. April shares how she built the financial reserve, professional support, and family buy-in to move her practice from San Rafael, California, to Edinburgh, and the inner work it took to get out of her own way. We also get into the real numbers behind her pricing: her packages went from 3,000 to 10,000, and the first client said yes the moment she named the new price. We talk about why healers are so often expected to undercharge. April also opens up about the support system behind her growth, the boundaries that protect her energy, and her new book, Menopause Revealed, which reframes perimenopause as an immune and neurological event. If you're a practitioner holding a bigger number in your head and wondering if you're allowed to say it out loud, this episode is for you. Listen to this episode of The Wellness CEO Evolution: How to Scale a Wellness Business to 7 Figures with Dr. April Blake P.S. If you already know your number's been sitting in the same place for two years, I built something for you. It's a short diagnostic, takes about six minutes, and it'll tell you which of the five stages you're actually in and the one thing that's holding it. It's free. Go find out where you are. Enjoy the podcast? Subscribe, like this video, tap the notification bell, and leave a comment! You can also listen to this episode on Spotify, Apple Podcasts, and Amazon Music. Dr. April Blake is a naturopathic doctor and licensed midwife who has been helping women feel like themselves again since 2007. She is also a home birth midwife, a medical intuitive, and the founder of Solstice Wellness Center, the first naturopathic clinic in Scotland, and she sees women on both sides of the Atlantic. Her focus is hormones, perimenopause, and menopause, guided by a simple philosophy: everything is related to everything else, so test, don't guess. Her new book, Menopause Revealed, launches this October. In 2027, she is hosting Moon to Moon, a mother and daughter puberty retreat in the Scottish Highlands, and a menopause retreat in Venice, Italy. Connect with Dr. April Blake! From Trauma to Wellness Leadership

Know your number, but it hasn't moved in two years? Take The Practice Revenue Diagnostic, a free six minute assessment that shows you which of the five stages you're actually in and the one thing holding it there. The question that shaped my life wasn't about what happened to me, it was about what I had supposedly done wrong. This is the story behind why The Wellness CEO Evolution exists. In this episode of The Wellness CEO Evolution, I share something deeply personal: the childhood sexual abuse I lived through for nine years, and the question I was asked when I finally spoke up, one that taught me I had done something wrong. I talk about why that moment, more than 50 years later, is still part of why I do what I do, and why healing, wholeness, and the women who make it possible sit at the heart of this show. I also share why I believe holistic practitioners, healers, and integrative medicine professionals are on the front lines of helping people recover from harm, why women who are wealthy, healthy, and whole are instinctively driven to make the world better, and why I created the seven-figure wellness business program and made the change to this podcast. Healers deserve the financial power to show up fully, fill their own cups, and reach the people who need them most. If you are a practitioner who has ever wondered whether your own story, your own healing, and your own success really matter to the work you do, this episode is for you. Listen to this episode of The Wellness CEO Evolution: From Trauma to Wellness Leadership P.S. If you already know your number's been sitting in the same place for two years, I built something for you. Matrescence, Maternal Mental Health & Eco-Distress with Allison Davis

Know your number, but it hasn't moved in two years? Take The Practice Revenue Diagnostic, a free six minute assessment that shows you which of the five stages you're actually in and the one thing holding it there.  Growth doesn't ask you to have it all figured out, it asks you to stop hiding the parts of you that are still becoming. Maternal mental health counselor Allison Davis has spent her career researching exactly what it costs when nobody names that. In this episode of The Wellness CEO Evolution, I am joined by Allison Davis, an author, scholar, and maternal mental health counselor whose work sits at the intersection of motherhood, trauma, ecological crisis, and care. Allison shares how she built a telehealth practice to reach mothers in states where perinatal support barely exists, why she believes motherhood deserves the same developmental respect we give adolescence, and how her own unsupported transition into parenthood became the research question that shaped her entire career. Together, we explore matrescence, maternal eco-distress, the real economics of running a practice inside and outside the insurance system, the grief that lives inside every milestone a child outgrows, and the nature based practices she leans on so the work doesn't hollow her out. If you have ever felt like your practice, your business, or your own growth got shelved the moment you became responsible for someone else's, this conversation will meet you there. Listen to this episode of The Wellness CEO Evolution: Matrescence, Eco-Distress, and Building a Maternal Mental Health Practice with Allison Davis P.S. If you already know your number's been sitting in the same place for two years, I built something for you. Enjoy the podcast? Subscribe, like this video, tap the notification bell, and leave a comment! You can also listen to this episode on Spotify, Apple Podcasts, and Amazon Music. Allison Davis is an author, scholar, and maternal mental health counselor who runs a telehealth private practice serving mothers across two states, with a focus on matrescence, the developmental period of becoming a mother. She teaches eco-psychology in the mythological studies program at Pacifica, and her research examines the intersection of motherhood and ecological crisis. Allison treats birth trauma using EMDR and trains providers to run nonclinical mothers' groups that offer support without pathologizing the ordinary struggles of matrescence. Her forthcoming book releases November 4th, and pre-orders through her website include a bonus workbook of expressive ecotherapy resources not available afterward. Join the Limitless Life Club today! https://www.oracleonpurpose.com/the-limitless-life-membership You already have intuition, even if you have never learned to trust it. Psychic medium Joy Giovanni has spent thirteen years helping people find that voice, and in this conversation, she shows exactly where to start listening. In this episode of Oracle On Purpose, I am joined by Joy Giovanni, a working psychic medium and the founder of Joyful Medium in San Diego. Joy shares how thirteen years of running a mediumship practice taught her to trust her own intuition first, why so many high achieving women feel disconnected from their inner voice, and what it actually looks like to build a spiritual business one honest step at a time instead of leaping in all at once. Together, we explore intuition, evidential mediumship, the perfectionism that can quietly choke a spiritual gift, synchronicity, and the quiet, permanent thread of love that continues after someone we love has passed. If you have ever wondered whether you have real intuition, or you have been waiting for permission to trust the voice you already hear, this conversation on the Oracle On Purpose podcast will meet you in that space. The Oracle Says: Your Next Chapter Is Already Waiting for You with Linda Lang

Live into your greatest possibilities. Join the Limitless Life Club today! https://www.oracleonpurpose.com/the-limitless-life-membership What happens when the magic that once defined your spiritual gifts goes quiet, and you're ready to call it back? In this episode of Oracle On Purpose, I am joined by Linda Lang, an Emotional Alchemist, Master Healer, and founder of ThoughtChange, for a conversation about rekindling magic, prophetic dreams, and the next evolution of her spiritual gifts. Linda brings a powerful question to the Oracle about how to reconnect with the magic and awe that first drew her into this work. What comes through is vivid: an image of a desert pilgrimage, a woman moving through ceremony, and confirmation of a prophetic dream Linda has been living out for over a decade. The message points to a commingling of her gifts and modalities, and a new, fast-moving energetic technology already on its way, echoing the diamond ray work she has channeled before. The invitation is to pause, not pivot, and let the next chapter reveal itself in its own time. If you are an intuitive entrepreneur ready to reconnect with your own sense of magic and awe, or feeling the pull toward a next chapter you can't quite name yet, this conversation on the Oracle On Purpose podcast will meet you in that space. Crossing The Bridge Between Who You Were And Who You're Becoming with Rachel Garrett

Live into your greatest possibilities. Join the Limitless Life Club today! https://www.oracleonpurpose.com/the-limitless-life-membership What happens when the word "but" is the only thing standing between you and your next level? In this episode of Oracle On Purpose, I sit down with Rachel Garrett, a registered nurse, master energy healer, Akashic Record practitioner, and certified crystal healer, for a raw and deeply resonant Oracle reading. Rachel has been walking both the scientific and spiritual path for over 20 years and is feeling a powerful pull to go all in on her healing work and her vision of creating a stage experience that blends laughter, spiritual healing, and radical openness. What the Oracle uncovers is layered and clear. A childhood moment where her talent was dismissed before it ever had a chance. A word, "but," that has been quietly erasing her belief in what is possible. And a bridge she has been standing at the edge of for a long time, waiting for permission to cross. The message that comes through is unmistakable. The talent was never the problem. The stumbling blocks we create never destroy the energy within us. They only delay it. And her grandmother, coming through in spirit with full-body chills, is sending one clear message: let it go and get going.   If you have ever felt half in and half out of the life you know you are meant to live, this conversation on the Oracle On Purpose podcast about Crossing the Bridge Between Who You Were and Who You're Becoming is speaking directly to you.    P.S.
