WK12-2 Keyholder Course Graduation (Meditation Episode)

In our Keyholder Graduation Week’s Meditation Episode, we prepare to take what we have learned into our outer everyday life and/or our next step on the inner path. And so, the main topics of this week are Intuitive Practice and Intuitive Living. We also focus on the quality and power of Stillness and how it supports intuitive practice and living. We discover ‘hidden’ qualities that we have been developing through our advanced practice.  Tony also shares some personal meditation experiences from his own life. And Tony concludes the final episode of the Keyholder Meditation Course with an inspiring graduation speech in which he also shares an intriguing final thought about what it means to be a 'Keyholder'. (Note: Those who are under medical care or have mental health concerns should consult with their medical professional or counselor before engaging in practices that relax the mind and body, such as Meditation, Yoga, Tai Chi, etc.) For more Keyholder content, become a Patreon subscriber @ https://www.patreon.com/tonyrubbo

Regarding our meditation connection, we bring social wisdom into our practice resulting in the developing and/or strengthening of six qualities, along with a 'pleasing' acronym to make them easy to recall. WK9-2 Meditation Session on Selfless Self-Massage & Stress-Management

Here in our Week 9 meditation session episode of the Keyholder Course, we once again use the intuitive movement concept that we used in posture adjustment and stretching; and this time we apply it to the more volitional practice of massage to arrive at our 'selfless' self-massage approach. We also expand our meditation skill-set to using the techniques of posture adjustment, stretching and self-massage in one session. And our application topic replaces the reactive concept of managing 'stress' to the proactive idea of cultivating a sense of ease in one's life, with a Keyholder acronym for the word EASE that makes its ingredients easy to remember and bring into everyday life.
