I am art in so many forms . For me ,a lot of my healing came from my expression through my words . Poetry for me is entirely therapeutic.. and it saved my life ! By being creative .. I created a space between my mind .. and the boundaries that attempted to hold me back. But .. I will NO LONGER procrastinate with this gift God gave me. I WILL continue to share it and leave my mark for my daughter ,and for others like me who struggle to be understood ! We fit in baby ,just in a better and bigger way.💕

    I know I mainly post my poetry but I wanted to take a moment to acknowledge that your mental health is important and NEEDS to be taken care of. Take the time you need for YOU so everything around you can have substance and evolve .

    Pretty Doesn’t Come In A Bottle

    Society places a lot of labels on women down to designer ,shapes ,appearances. And I feel your most authentic self is natural without the adding of anything to enhance .. not taking away from beauty influencers at all ,anything to make a woman feel beautiful is amazing .. this is speaking on if you’re stripped from ALL THAT know that you ARE still beautiful. You ARE still a queen . Nobody is you ,and that’s YOUR pretty. Wear that well too !

    What Is It To You ?

    This about labels . Stereotypes . People assuming they know based off of your facial expressions or even what they “heard” how you have to rank in a certain area to be socially accepted or understood . How people can even falsely place themselves in your life pretending to understand you ,only to use you.. against you. This is about rising up and being able to mentally and emotionally stand on your own . And learn yourself and be YOURSELF. And be damned comfortable by doing so !👑

    I Still AM ;Is in reference to STILL existing, STILL showing up for the light after darkness

    This is about the going back and forth in your head,or feeling you keep being pulled back cause you keep making the wrong direction and it discourages you to keep trying BUT you still find a way .you remember differences you've made and more that you WILL."AS LONG AS YOU MOVE FORWARD ,YOU ARE CONTIN;UED"Kels
