    160 - Travelling solo for 3 months without a clue what I am doing

    160 - Travelling solo for 3 months without a clue what I am doing

    So as the title mentions, I have been travelling (mostly in Bali but also Thailand + Singapore) for the last 3 months. I came over here with no intention, no plan, no structure and that was a WAY bigger shock than I thought it was going to be. So in this episode I get raw, truely very vulnerable around feelings I haven't even fully understood yet.

    We cover;
    - Safety while solo travelling
    - Culture shocks
    - Control vs freedom
    - Privilege and guilt
    - My endless emotions
    - Q&A from Instagram

    155 - The steps to financial wellness

    155 - The steps to financial wellness

    Kia ora and welcome to another episode of The OneUp Project. In today's episode we discuss the elements of financial wellness with Sumita Paul an experienced financial planner. Sumita has her own financial planning business, Athena Wealth, where she empowers women to be in control of their money. I was most interested in Sumitas approach to finances as she see's it as a large ecosystem of wellness as opposed to something that happens in isolation. In the episode we discuss the following and more;
    - What is financial wellness?
    - How do we achieve financial wellness?
    - Is net worth relevant?
    - How do we begin our investing plan?
    - What is estate planning?

    You can find Athena Wealth here: https://www.athenawealth.nz/
