When I embarked on a five-month trip to South East Asia, I had no idea how much it would impact my life. I especially didn't think it would help me develop a deep trust and confidence in myself. I want to share my personal stories on how this experience improved my relationship with myself, sending my self esteem sky high! Enjoy :)
