Listening to this podcast was the highlight of my quarantine!
The rumours are true - this podcast is amazing. All in all, the quality is leagues above half the stuff I have listened to. Other podcasts are hard to listen to, offer little in the ways of content, and end up making me feel sick to my stomach. However, these guys cannot be taken lightly. The discussions have a laxative effect - something a family member found out just 3 hours after listening to them. Be warned: this is not a ones-and-donesie affair; if you listen for more than, say, 20 minutes, you had better hope you don't have anything important to do that takes you away from the house (and the bathroom). This is a sunrise to sundown problem. This is something that you will feel for HOURS. Cramping at best; frequent visits to the bathroom at worst. It will keep you up at night. You will be sitting on the toilet at 4 AM wondering where you lost control of your life. I can't stress enough that you have to be careful about how many of these podcasts you listen to. And for people doing a low-carb diet, careful, these guys are sweet as high fructose corn syrup. You may honestly be better off buying intravenous glucose and having some self-control. That being said, in some ways, these guys are effective if you're doing a low-carb diet, because the laxative effect means that their are self-moderating, as long as you listen in ten minute spurts. It's a problem that solves itself. Overall, I rate these guys 5/5 stars. VERY engaging, VERY fresh, but also VERY dangerous.
