Experiencing my body

Liz’s voice and imagery have a singular way of helping me come into my body and access a place of deep rest, settling and letting go. A tremendously comforting and restorative support.

Dentist phobia?

I have major anxiety over dental work and the anticipation of the appointment was making my like intolerable. I asked Liz if she could recommend some episodes to listen to the night before my appointment and during it. Thanks to her suggestions, I slept through the entire night and woke up to her voice still going. I was able to calmly get to my appointment. During the procedure, though I couldn’t hear everything over the noise, Her words sent me back to what I’m heard the night before and I could stay in a calm zone.
