Easy to Follow Relaxing Yoga

These podcasts helped me so much with stress relief. I didn't realize how much stress I was holding in my mind and throughout my body. I am very busy and always feel like I don’t have time to go somewhere and exercise. I found these podcasts to be perfect. Now, I can take a little time and get walked through a yoga routine. This podcast allows me to reap the benefits of improved health and relaxation easily. I really like how she describes the poses so that I can easily follow along. She always encourages you to do your best wherever you are at in life. You owe it to yourself to subscribe now and start listening.

Short, helpful, and motivational for busy lives

I love starting and/or ending my day with one or two of these podcasts. They help to me relax, get centered and take care of myself which is sometimes hard for me to do. These podcasts will be helpful to anyone with a busy life, who may not have a lot time for yoga or meditation. They are a great way to remember to pause and take a little time for self care and reflexion. I look forward to each new podcast. Highly Recommend

I'm fairly new to yoga, and I've been following Debbie since she began making these Podcasts. The repetition she offers, and the reminders to simply breath, help me immensely. I felt like a new person within a month, if not sooner.

I highly recommend these sessions to all yoga levels, but also definitely doable for beginner's, even without a visual guide.
