    Don't Panic During the Pandemic!

    Thought we could all use some positivity during this crazy time of uncertainty. I have been doing a lot of healing and work on my mental health and I thought I'd share some tips and things to think about with you guys. It's really easy for our minds to wander to the negative possibility when we're unsure of what's going to happen, but give thinking positively a try. Think about others, take care of yourselves, WASH YOUR HANDS, and stay off social media if it's overwhelming. Because everyone is at home, I've censored this episode so you can listen around the family, and please do.     A new podcast for a new chapter of my life. I've finished grad school, moved out of London, and have returned back to my small hometown of Harrisburg, PA. In true Peachkka fashion, I'm going to make the most of it and share my time with you all, every frustration, celebration and emotional breakdown that comes my way.  And I'll be introducing you to the people in my life here in the States.  This is Feelin' Peachy.  For my first episode appropriately titled "Everyone Thinks the Exact Same Way", I thought who better to introduce this side of myself than my best longtime friend Michelle.
