    Saint Camillus De Lellis And The Wound That Led To Mercy

    Send us Fan Mail A soldier’s life trains you to ignore pain until you can’t. Saint Camillus de Lellis couldn’t. A stubborn leg wound kept dragging him back into hospitals, and what started as a search for treatment became a confrontation with everything he’d been running from: addiction, pride, spiritual emptiness, and the quiet despair of people abandoned in sickness.  We tell Camillus’s story from the ground up, from gambling tables and restlessness to the slow, demanding work of repentance. What changes him isn’t a quick burst of motivation.
