Empowering!

I love that Sam shares her story. It’s so relatable! In our fast paced world it’s empowering to hear we are not alone and to build our toolkit to manage life. There is a better way forward!

Easy Listen

Such an easy podcast to listen too if you’re new to holistic wellbeing. I love the tips at the end. They are easy to incorporate in everyday life. I can’t wait to hear what she has to offer next. Also, I took Sam’s yoga classes in Japan and found them to be very helpful and a great teacher! Wonderful new podcast!

So refreshing!

Sam’s kind and empathetic approach to health and wellness is so refreshing in a time when it seems that most are heading towards extreme diets and exercise in the name of “health”. Her focus on the person as a whole, and especially the mind/body connection, makes her approach accessible to everyone and I know that listeners will be able to take tangible advice away from every episode.
