“This is enough for now” (Tommy)

In this episode I sat down with friend and fellow social worker/therapist-Tommy Waltz - (He/Him/His) Tommy is a man of many hats. Psychotherapist, actor, TEDx speaker, activist, trauma survivor, writer, leader, all-around entertainer and Cher enthusiast. Tommy lives in Portland Maine where he runs his private psychotherapy practice, is a Team Leader at Art of Awareness Wellness Center and a local theatre and commercial actor. Thank you for joining us on Hark and Ramble Tommy!

    Ramble # 8.5

Post-show ramble after my episode with Jason, CRNA. Thanks again for joining us on the show Jason!

    “ You can’t be an a*****e” (Jason)

In this episode I sit down with Jason, a good friend from college. Jason works as a health professional in the world of Anesthesia as a CRNA. What I love about Jason is he tells it like it is, and gives us a rare peek into the life of the person responsible for putting us to sleep and keeping us safe during surgery (among other things). It was great to catch up with Jason, learn from him and share some laughs. Thank you for sharing, taking the time and joining us on Hark and Ramble Jason!

    Ramble # 7.5

This episode was published twice by accident. Here are the takeaways from Mazeraties episode. Thanks for tuning in!

    The real check in🖤

Hey folks. Somehow my recordings got posted incorrectly and two of the same episode got posted instead. My apologies for that. This is too important not to weigh in on and this was supposed to be posted weeks ago. Black. Lives. Matter.

    “See it flourish” (Mazeratie)

Mazeratie and I grew up in NJ together. It has been many years since we last saw each other but I knew I wanted to connect. Mazeratie embodies creativity and that absolutely shines through on her social media. In this episode we discuss the challenges of keeping a small business afloat during COVID, her passion for urban gardening, and her choice of a vegan lifestyle three years ago. Mazeratie is a beautiful person inside and out and her passion for tasty, nutritious food, travel and clean beauty is inspiring. I loved having the opportunity to catch up with her after all these years. ***Please note that this episode is a bit longer but we had a lot to talk about after all this time. We also attempted contact a few times before we got it to work. There also appears to be some audio issues at the end of the episode but such is life-Hah. Thanks for tuning in and thanks to Mazie for showing up and being real!

    Ramble # 6.5

Post show Ramble with my most recent guest Erin Clark. Erin and I covered many topics including the pandemic new “normal”, goal setting, using time wisely, travel, and her book. I am inspired and learned a lot from this conversation. Erin thanks for sharing and being you!

    “Work backwards” (Erin)

Erin Clark is an adventurous soul and a published author. Before the age of thirty she has traveled the globe and has been working towards creating the life she wants through setting goals that are driven by what she values most. Her dream is to continue to write and one day get paid to travel. I loved sitting down for this conversation and connecting with this friend and driven human! Thank you for sharing and showing up Erin! ** This episode was recorded at the end of March**
