Have followed from the onset and find Brandon’s pod informative, fascinating, insightful and my appreciation grows for the situations faced by dispatchers and officers daily. The need for an education campaign regarding how to report details to 911 would be pragmatic and save time sending help and better clarify the situation. Is there not a way for talk to text possible so that repetition and unnecessary details don’t delay response or starting care prior to medics arrival. I know not always possible. The dispatcher script can be tedious and needs flexibility depending on situation. Why can everyone not agree that guns kill and we need reform and it’s out of control and harmful to a healthy society. We should take cues from more advanced countries.

The Iryna episode I just heard is so sad. But imagine living in an area where every 911 caller is so uneducated and or doped up that you can’t even understand them,I feel bad for anyone living in an area with such low IQ individuals I love the show. Keep on doing your thing.
