    Nicene Creed: Part 1

    Somehow...someway...we're back (for a limited time only). You know how your favorite TV show ends, but then gets revived a decade or so later and it's just not as good? Well this is nothing like that; we're back and up to the same old shenanigans, with just a small modification in the lineup. With 2025 marking the 1700th anniversary of the Nicene Creed, we thought that would be the perfect excuse to grab a pint, turn on the microphones, and talk some theology and nonsense (mostly nonsense). Recorded in our brand new studio (read: an upstairs bedroom), we hope you'll come along with us, but we can't make any guarantees as to where we're going.

    The Last Supper: Ta Ta for Now

    Folks it's time to admit it. Life has gotten crazy. Between the demands of church and home (except for Fr. Nik, who we know doesn't really work), we've come to the decision that, at least for right now, a pint should be shared among friends without the pressure making sure everyone else can hear it. We've grown to love you all, and by you all we mean the 8 consistent listeners. But it isn't goodbye; if time allows, we'll pop into your feeds for the occasional conversation/roast. But for now, we must tend to our gardens. We will see you all later!

    Somehow we were able to get together and record in person! Today we brave the traffic of I-95 to venture out into the Badlands of Fredericksburg to an oasis known as Haley’s Honey Meadery. We sit down with the owner and talk about everything from bee-keeping, to mead-making, to how to open a winery, as well as Legos for some reason. And we also talk about the hypostatic union a little bit at the end there. Laughs to be had and mead to be drunk in this episode.
