    44. Top 20 fitness trends of 2025.

44: Top 20 Fitness Trends of 2025! ACSM’s Health & Fitness Journal® has published the annual results from ACSM’s Worldwide Survey of Fitness Trends in its January/February 2025 issue. Since 2006, the ACSM Worldwide Fitness Trends survey has gathered input from practitioners, clinicians and researchers in the fitness industry. It is designed to provide input on fitness trends as opposed to “fads” that have little or no impact on the industry.  Hi, I’m AMP. Arthur Michael Pike. I am a personal trainer and online fitness coach licensed by NASM. The National Academy of Sports Medicine. I am NOT a doctor. This is an educational and entertainment podcast. If you have fitness related questions, and would like me to answer them on a future show, reach out on IG or email me with your questions. Grab your AMP Fitness journals and let’s talk top 20 fitness trends for the year 2025. As always folks, I am a trainer/online coach here in San Antonio, Texas and my mission is to help you move and feel better, be stronger in your day-to-day tasks, and be fully in charge of your unique fitness journey. I would love to see if we’re a fit to work together. You never know the possibilities until you reach out. My email is: ampfitness247@gmail.com and IG: amp_fitness_ don’t hesitate to reach out to me. Three meaningful quotes I can’t get enough of: Author and abolitionist Harriet Beecher Stowe on perseverance: "When you get into a tight place, and everything goes against you till it seems as if you couldn't hold on a minute longer, never give up then, for that's just the place and time that the tide'll turn." "Your best performances will come when you are working in a way that is a full expression of you. The work becomes a natural display of your personality. This is when you not only get better results, but also love the activity — because in doing the craft, you feel alive." James Clear "People can sometimes be held hostage by their expectations. They have a dream of something they would like to achieve or a path they intend to follow, but their mindset falls apart when things don't work out how they had hoped. The key is to reach for an extremely high bar, but to be adaptable enough to reframe the failures, disappointments, and defeats into fuel for the next thing. Give your best effort, but no matter how it works out, trust that life will be good for you. Focus on how the world is working with you, not against you. Everything you are given is material for the next move. Everything."
