    Mindfulness and the Power of Being Present

    Our guest is Briley Casanova with "Complete Performance Coaching". Briley is a former Team Captain of the University of Michigan Women’s gymnastics team (2013-2016) and two-time USA Gymnastics National  Team member (2008-2010). She aims to help athletes rediscover their personal joy in sports and their inner confidence to perform at their highest level.     Family Is Everything

    Today's episode is a bonus for this week. We are celebrating my baby brother's birthday and what better way to do it by sharing some of our best memories and doing what we do, enjoy life, but the most important thing is to enjoy life as a family. My special guests are Mildred Robinson(our mother), Patricia Starr(my sister-in-love) and Noah(my nephew). Throughout this segment, you may hear Noah taking over the spotlight and that's okay because it's in his blood to shine! Not only are we enjoying each other while looking down memory lane, and sharing some of our dearest thoughts and love for my brother, we are also showing the world that we as a family, as a whole love each other and we believe in sentimental gestures more than lavish gifts. A gesture that you can cherish for a lifetime.  Later on in the segment, we discuss the importance of family and being there for one another even when we face challenges in life.
