    The Friendship Episode with Karli Davies

    Today we have a returning guest, Koach Karli, and we are going to call this the friendship episode. We explore our friendship and friendships in general. We discuss her living in Mexico and learning Spanish, how she casually found her most recent apartment with a hint from a tarot reader, our differences and similarities and how that connects us, her Canadian accent, the gift of healing relational and attachment wounds in friendships, and how the shared similarity of being Leo’s connects us.     Eco Therapy with Aimee Frazier

    Aimee Frazier is a mental health therapist in Portland, Oregon. She runs a private practice called Portland Hiking Therapy where she works with clients outdoors while hiking and combining elements of eco therapy, adventure therapy, and traditional therapy. We talk about how hiking therapy is different than a more clinical setting, how we identify with the nature we grow up around, and the power of the experiencing “awe”.

    Coming Home to Yourself, with Dr. Julie Hutsell-Starling

    My friend Julie, whom I know from my time of living in North Carolina, joins me on the podcast in this episode. She’s a Doctor of Acupuncture and Chinese Medicine, Certified Health Coach, Akashic Records Soul Realignment Practitioner and a Qigong and Kundalini Yoga Teacher. Julie calls herself a way-shower, because she sees you as a human and a soul and guides you back home to who you really are at soul level. The parts of you that you have forgotten about, suppressed, or maybe even not known were there. The journey back home is beautiful, eye-opening, awe-inspiring, validating, and inspiring, and she loves witnessing the process. We discussed her journey from California to North Carolina, burn out in the health field, self identity as a healer, the profundity of randomness, and coming home to oneself.
