This is my first-ever review for a pod cast. THAT IS HOW TITANICALLY AWESOME THIS IS! I had to Google how to write a review because I absolutely had to say something about this. I’ve been studying the basics of self hypnosis and recording my own tracks. So, for inspiration and fun I gave this a listen. I was astonished at how Narelle addressed EVERYthing I could possibly ever want to hear in a hypnosis track regarding EVERYthing to do with food! AND IT KEPT GOING! It just kept getting better. AND IT’S FREE! I preview hypnosis tracks before I use them and I’m going to be using this one constantly and for a lonnnnnnng time. Thank you, Narelle, for putting this kind of goodness and quality into the world. This is my most fav hypnosis track I have ever heard.
