Funny and poignant

Connor’s story may begin with getting fired by Tom Hanks but it quickly becomes a vehicle for conversations with other amazing people (comedians) and their experiences. In every episode, I laugh a lot but also get a twinge of melancholy as I recall times in my own life when I’d been disappointed and had my own bouts of impostor syndrome. That the podcast is also a sort of love letter to Hanks is just icing on the cake. I love this podcast and can’t wait for the next episode.

Great

When I’m waiting for the next episode I get so inpatient. I flipped a table when I didn’t see a new episode in my feed this week.
But when I do get an episode I am in shock and awe of how they can release as many episodes as they do at the quality they release them. The guests, the editing, and the original music. I’ve listened to every episode at least twice. And I’m considering doing a full binge listen.

10/10 Consume.
