    Ruben ‘BUGGS’ Ochoa

Buggs might just be ‘The Most Interesting Man in Lowriding’. An amazing talented painter, a promoter for one of the earliest and successful lowrider shows and might have been the main character of a movie. There’s so much to this one man. He’s got stories after stories. It’s no wonder people want to make documentary and books about his life. We chopped it up after a nice meal at the local Norms in Pico. Like Chicanos do. Enjoy, and hope to have him and Mark Aragon back soon. Trip out on Buggs.

Lowrider history and great memories

Dang brother, we’ve met at the day at the bay in San Diego and we chopped it up for a little bit and I mentioned that I used to have a 77 monte myself in the early nineties. You and your club brothers are true historians bringing it back to the good’ole days. Now with this pod cast talking to these older guys and them giving us a audio visualization of their days, you could almost smell and taste the days of cruising the blvd.

Gracias carnal I need to catch up to a few more. And just and fyi this has been my first pod cast and has been the only one I’ve listened to.
