    How to increase your client retention

    One of the biggest mistakes coaches make is thinking that they can scale their business simply from watching and mimicking their favorite coach instead of actually hiring them and learning from them. When you do this, you miss out on everything that goes on behind the scenes - which is the work that actually builds a successful business.     How to get more dreamy clients into your world and DMs

    You’re showing up on Instagram, hitting post consistently, following all of the IG guru advice - but the dreamy clients aren’t rolling in. You still feel like you’re hearing crickets on social media, and while you KNOW that engagement and vanity metric aren’t the indicator for success (or you do now! lol) - you’re not getting the link clicks, “I want to work with you” DMs or applications coming in either. Other business coaches are teaching you to DM 50 people a day and use icky copy/paste templates but it doesn’t feel good, and you don’t want to feel like you’re constantly chasing leads down. Straight up, here’s the clear direct you're looking for.. Creating relationships in the DMs is important, but you don’t need to send icky messages or send 50 DMs a day Follow up is important for warm leads, but you need a strategy that feels good AND you need warm leads in the first place to follow up with If you’re constantly chasing leads down or hearing crickets, there is a problem with your content Your content is what brings in dreamy clients, and turns those “secret stalkers” into clients who pay you.     Create better content in a LOT less time

    Right now content feels harder than it should and is taking you much LONGER than it should. The first step to content that converts is the strategy behind content creation which will make content easier to create and more effective in bringing in sales. Without that skillset, content will always feel hard. This is something I teach all of my clients because it is a crucial skill set as an online coach. But there is a second part to content that is equally important, and a non-negotiable if you’re a mom with a busy and unpredictable schedule: Creating an SOP for content creation  If you don’t have a real PROCESS for content creation, then you’re still going to be stuck in the same cycle of struggle and inconsistency when your brain goes blank on ideas, you are in creative slumps or mom life takes over and you have no time. You cannot rely on having hours every day and creative juices flowing for content to get done. High level content needs to be done every week like clock work for the consistent sales you want.     The KEYS to converting content in the current market

    Step one to scale and build a successful business online is to show up with your content consistently. If you’re not posting 3-5x a week, and showing up on your story each work day consistently yet - start there. I don’t consider it consistent until you’ve hit at least 6 months of doing that. Life LIFES and we are mothers, so of course there will be some days that it feels like a wash, but… If you are prepared for life to happen (as we should be as a moms and business owners) with content prepped ready to just hit post and great past content easily accessed and repurposed - you’ll still be able to be consistent If you know how to drop the “extra” tasks on those crazy days and just do the bare minimum must do’s (client care, and sales generating activities) then you’ll still be on top and consistent with what matters That’s step one. If you want a full time, 6 figure business or multi 6 figure business, then you HAVE to commit to this. Once you have the commitment down, now it’s time to get really strategic.
