    In this episode, the host Dr. Tim Reed, talks about his inspiration for starting this podcast. Dr. Tim Reed is a father to his son Duke, a physical therapist, and founder of DBR Elite Fitness. My passion for life only grows with each challenge I face, but it was from learning from inspiring people that I have a new outlook on life. Going from a shy, timid, kid in small town, Nebraska, to growing an Elite online fitness coaching business and now a podcast. It didn't all happen right away but I kept taking risks for more experiences. Now I have little eyes on me, I can't stop. Neither should you!
