I created this Podcast because I am having a hard time dealing with depression and I'm single hardworking mom and I know there are plenty mothers out there who probably are going to the same thing then I'm going through and I just want you guys to know you are not alone there are lots of mothers out there I'm one of them.

    This is my 1st Podcast I'm new to this and as I stated I'm talking about my daily day-to-day struggles with depression I. Also introducing myself I am a single mother who deals with depression and I hope there at by doing this Podcast maybe I can learn how to deal with depression by this podcast.
