Sovereign Birth Of Noah Rocky

Noah Rocky came early according to most other standards, yet he was actually right on time. His birth like his brothers have changed my perception of what "term" means. Noah was born after a bout of food poisoning just after I hit the 35 week mark. He came on a day that previously was very traumatic anniversary for us and now that date, April 27th has been transformed into a day of celebration instead of mourning. All thanks to our sons light shining through the heavens that day as he came to us in our bedroom. On the floor at the foot of the where he was created. Born into a waterfall and into my arms. I am excited to be finally sharing this story with everyone after many months of waiting. Enjoy and please feel free to reach out and share your thoughts, leave a comment, follow and send some love!

Levi's Sovereign Home Birth At 33 Weeks

I'm back! I have quite a story to tell you all. My son who I learned of at Christmas in 2023, decided to enter our lives many weeks before we were expecting him. He came earth side in a very fast and beautiful home birth, with only my husband and I present. We were surprised that I was giving birth at 33 weeks given that I had no illness or history of pathology. I had zero indications that I may be going into labor early. Little did I know then, he was not early, he came right on time. And his entry changed what I believe about birth. Please enjoy my latest birth story of sweet Levi, coming in right on time, perfectly healthy at 33 weeks. Excited for this to be one of many more podcasts to come! Love, Sarah

Autonomy is Autonomy

Today we will talk about autonomy across the board. We can't support autonomy in one area but not another. It's all or nothing when it comes to personal bodily freedom. Today we'll dig into the relationship between birth autonomy and abortion autonomy and why abortion autonomy regardless of what someone feels about abortion, is essential to everyone. Thanks for listening!

Physiologic birth is the norm, not lucky. I'm not lucky.

Often we label a women's home birth going well as a lucky one when in fact it couldn't be more opposite. Tune in to hear about my thoughts on why physiologic birth is the norm and when it goes well it's because it was designed to, not because we get lucky. Paeonia's Birth

Story of Rebecca's preterm birth with her 4th child Paeonia. This story is so moving as she describes how she advocated for her daughter while she was giving birth to her in the system that she wanted so much to avoid. This episode is a little longer than my usual, it's really beautiful and inspiring and I do hope you al give this one a listen.

Fast Birth, Traumatic Birth

I share more details about my very fast and also very traumatic birth. I share details about how some of those who I shared my birth story with dismissed that it was traumatizing because it was so fast and undisturbed. Speaking of undisturbed, we have a little 6 year old visitor that I considered editing out but decided her sweetness added much to the recording.
