I’m Chrissy Beltran, an elementary teacher who became a coach and I had to create my own coaching program that worked. Now I teach coaches how to design their coaching programs, build a school-wide action plan, and use differentiated strategies to support teachers.     284. Help! I'm Not Trained as an Instructional Coach!

    You got the coaching job. Now what? Landing the position is only the beginning. Truth is, most of us aren’t handed a roadmap for what to do next.     277. How Required Lesson Plans Can Support Checks for Understanding with Dr. Jana Lee

In our first episode, we examine how required lesson plans can support checks for understanding, and there’s no one I’d rather discuss this topic with than Dr. Jana Lee.
