    So how are you allowing your current state of feelings to wash over you and charge through you right now my dear friend? Are you crashing through the ocean waves as you ride the torrent and letting them flow through you so you can emerge from the other side and ready to tackle the next one? I pray that you are sitting still with your feelings and giving yourself plenty of care and Grace for you for this is your human experience. If no one had told you today, your non judgement of self is needed right now, self reflection but without judgement of how you “should” be feeling. Please don’t should on yourself right now! This too shall pass and if no one had told you today, you are not alone, you never were alone and you are loved beyond your own possible comprehension on this moment.
