    E03 - Maybe this is how to STAND UP again

    What do you do when life beats you down and you can't get yourself out of the pit? What can you do if you want to get better?  This time we decided for the first part to listen with you to Dr. Jordan Peterson (a clinical psychologist and a professor in a Canadian university) as he shines a light on the contrast between choosing to surrendering to the hardship of life, and trying to get better, bit by bit. And we tried to reflect and maybe expand on his ideas.  Then surprisingly Jack opened up on his own struggle he went through in the past few years, and what he thought, felt and did in the face of it.  We also tell a true, yet very common story about a friend who life was beating hard, and how the way one looks at that evil can make them or break them.
