    Healing Black Trauma with Dr. Angela ClacK

    This episode is a continuation of the theme Disrupting Black Trauma. I share on the topic of healing with a dive into physical, mental, emotional and spiritual wellness. The episode concludes with a powerful interview with Dr. Angela Clack of Clack Associates. She offers her view on the importance of therapy as a part of the healing process and creating safe spaces for Black women, men and families to begin the journey to wellness.
