    Nick’s Septic Business, Blazar OS, and a Quick Post Falls Flip

    Nick and Jeremy catch up on a big week. Jeremy finished a triathlon and turned 39 with Frosties and a trampoline park. Nick shares two new business ideas and a fresh house flip. First up is a septic pumping company planned for early 2027. Low competition in North Idaho and Eastern Washington, one truck to start, AI systems, and a built-in pipeline through real estate agents. Second is Blazar Operating System, a custom AI platform Nick is building for real estate brokerages. It aims to replace CRM, QuickBooks, SkySlope, payroll, and agent websites in one place. Proof of concept is already underway at his own brokerage. They also dig into Nick’s newest Post Falls flip, a 3/2 rancher under contract with solid comps and a short timeline.
