The difference between TRUE REST and avoidance
Are you someone who is constantly busy with no respite?
In this solo episode I open up the concept of rest and how it is often misunderstood. I address the tendency to constantly stay busy and the belief that external events and environments are necessary for growth and learning.
The importance of integrating spiritual tools into daily life and creating spaciousness by quieting the mind are incredibly important however in this episode I distinguish the difference between true rest, which nourishes the soul, and avoidance, which perpetuates busyness and shame.
