    Episode 7 ~ Hanging with Empowering vs. Disempowering People

    Have you heard that saying “you are the product of the 5 people you hang out with”? It basically means the people you spend time with whether in person or via phone/text/video calls etc. are either empowering you, assisting you to be, do and have better OR they are disempowering you which prevents you achieving your goals (at the very least makes it so much more challenging). We have a choice who we surround ourselves with, who we interact with and it is important to make that decision wisely. Once we become aware of how people can fit in to either of these categories it is easier to dedicate more time to those raising us up, empowering us.     Episode 6 ~ What a whirlwind!

    I feel like the last 4 weeks could have been 4 months, SO MUCH HAS HAPPENED! How did a road trip (without my fiancé & kids) turn into the craziest month of my life? How did I go from meltdowns (me not my kids) to feeling empowered and back “in control”? I explain how imperative personal development and a basic schedule have transformed my life this past week AND how because of this I’m feeling more inspired & ready to serve than I have ever before!     Episode 5 ~ What can we control?

    We are receiving a great lesson in releasing control right now. With everything going on in the world it is even easier to see how little we actually can control. The only true control we have is that of ourselves. We can choose to get caught up in all the news and lower vibrations or...and this is a big or, OR we can choose to stay informed yet also tap in to podcasts, audiobooks, reading, YouTube etc. and fill our minds with material that will be serving us and assisting us to flow through this moment in time with more grace, trust and surrender.
