    But the stars are melting Into my skin Burning me deeply No, none left, no oxygen they’re wondering Why we have resisted opening our eyes for so long Why it has taken us tragedy To find love in all songs Go on, carry on Keep feeding me garbage Lies That’s just a myth When will you tell me the truth? I’ll keep spewing it all back out Until I have had enough You aren’t enough You tell me Go on, carry on Keep feeding me garbage Manipulate me Never let go When will you stop lying? I’m yours, your puppet Feed me The stars are melting Into my skin Angels kiss freckles I’m craving some oxygen They’re wondering Why I have resisted opening my eyes for so long Why has it taken me tragedy To find growth in all songs Does my knowledge bring growth? (Or does it breed greed?) No, there’s no going back Wait, what? There is? Hope It’s not a myth When will you spread the truth?     001: Bi-Invisibility - Causes and Harms

    In this first episode of Lost But Found Podcast, my friend Dani and I delve into the topic of biphobia, bi-invisibility, or bi-erasure. Call it what you may, the discrimination and continued rejection of bisexuals in both the LGBT community and those against the LGBT community is further propagating deep emotional, physical and psychological harms that we may not yet as a society be able to see the full repercussions of. If you are someone who is questioning what you’ve been told or what you’ve learned about sexuality, I personally recommend you to look into real, cold, hard truths and facts from reliable, authentic and non-biased or academic sources. It’s difficult to understand something we haven’t personally experienced, however, it’s important to let ourselves have an open mind and heart to hearing the very valid pain and turmoil that bisexuals everywhere have lived through. Maybe, just maybe, listening to someone else’s stories will help us feel less alone in our deeply segregated and conflicted world.
