    Set Your Boundaries

    Today we are going to talk about boundaries. Now boundaries can be a bit of a confusing topic for some people. We’ve heard of having strict boundaries. Some people are on the extreme, they’re like Camelot. On the other hand some boundaries look like a soccer field. No walls, there is just a person and a referee. People are running all over the place and it's chaotic because there are no boundaries. If I’m being honest we need to be more fluid then that. It doesn’t have to be one or the other in fact your boundaries should look more like a house with a fence.
