    मंथन के इस एपिसोड में हमने फ़िल्म निर्माता व निर्देशक अनिरुध्द शर्मा से बात की। अनिरुध्द की अब तक चार लघु फिल्में आ चुकी हैं। फिलहाल वे एक बड़ी फिल्म बनाने की परियोजना पर काम कर रहे हैं। हमने उनसे उनके संघर्ष, फ़िल्म बनाने के तकनीकी पहलुओं तथा आजकल की फिल्मों और उनके संगीत के बारे में उनसे चर्चा की। अंत में उनकी दो फिल्मों के यूट्यूब लिंक हैं। साथ ही उनके फेसबुक पेज का लिंक है जिस पर वे फिल्मों और फ़िल्म संगीत के बारे में रोचक जानकारियाँ साझा करते हैं। In this episode of Manthan, we discussed about the process of filmmaking with producer and director Aniruddha Sharma.     नर्मदा - एक नदी के इतिहास, वर्तमान और भविष्य पर चर्चा  (River Narmada - A Discussion)

    मंथन के इस एपिसोड में मंथन की ओर से हितेन्द्र ने प्रसिद्ध हिंदी लेखक अशोक जमनानी से नर्मदा नदी के ऐतिहासिक, पौराणिक एवँ आधुनिक काल में महत्व पर चर्चा की। अशोक जमनानी नर्मदा की एक परिक्रमा कर चुके हैं और अपनी यात्रा के अनुभवों पर जल्द ही एक पुस्तक प्रकाशित करने वाले हैं। हमने नर्मदा पर बने बांधों से हुए विस्थापन, पर्यावरण को हुए नुकसान पर बातें की। नर्मदा के किनारे रहने वाले आदिवासी समाज व ग्रामीण समाज का नर्मदा के प्रति जो प्रेम एवँ समर्पण है उसे समझने की कोशिश की। साथ ही पूरी दुनिया में नदियों, जंगलों और पर्यावरण को जो क्षति पहुँच रही है उस पर भी विस्तार से बात की। इस एपिसोड में अशोक जी ने नर्मदा पर लिखी उनकी रचनाओं का पाठ भी किया है। अशोक जमनानी की रचनाओ व लेखन के बारे में अधिक जानने के लिए www.ashokjamnani.com पर जाएँ। In this episode Hitendra discusses with famous Hindi author Ashok Jamnani on the river Naramada. We discuss the important place of this river in history and Hindu mythology. We also discuss the unique emotional and devotional relationship that the communities living around the river Narmada have with for several centuries or even millenniums.  We also discussed about the climate change in the context of the river Narmada.     इस एपिसोड में हमने अमेरिका के वाशिंगटन विश्विद्यालय से आर्ट की पढ़ाई कर रही मी व उनके पति एवँ साथी जे से चर्चा की। मंथन की ओर से पवन एवँ हितेन्द्र ने उनसे अनेक सवाल पूछे - आर्ट आखिर है क्या, आर्ट की दुनिया किस तरह काम करती है, एक आम आदमी आर्ट को कैसे समझे व उससे कैसे जुड़े, एवँ आर्ट इतना महँगा तथा आम लोगों से इतना दूर क्यों है? हमने उनके पिछले व आगामी प्रयोगों पर भी बात की। बातचीत के दौरान कुछेक बार आने वाले गतिरोधों के लिए हमें खेद है। नीचे कुछ लिंक हैं जिनपर मी व जे के काम के बारे में अधिक जानकारी मिल सकती है। In this episode we discussed about art and its world with USA based artist and art student Mee and her husband and Colleague Jey.
