    Gortria Banks General Sessions Court Clerk’s Office, Shelby County Shelby County General Sessions Court encompasses 15 judges and 170 employees and collects and distributes $40 million related to cases annually. Gortria Banks oversees the financial department for General Sessions and identifies ways to improve collection efforts. What will change in the next year?
