    Is Baptism Just Symbolic? Here's What It Actually Does.

In this message, we go back to the Greek word itself, baptizō, meaning to be fully immersed, submerged, soaked, and ask why that distinction actually matters. We walk through three reasons Scripture calls us to be baptized: repentance (turning with force, not just symbolically, away from sin), forgiveness (being washed clean of the burden and shame we carry), and public declaration (obedience to Christ's command in the Great Commission, and acknowledging Him before others).
