How to Leave the Rat Race - Natu.io http://natu.io

Natu.io for more on Natu Myers' legendary principles. How to Leave the Rat Race? (Full video here) Leaving the rat race is all about working for the systems of money to allowing the systems of money to work for you. "E" - Employee | Work under another organizations organization or business system 1.a) Working for money  i) for survival ii) for how to get to "C" or "O" 1.b) Working for knowledge (on how to get to "C" or "O") 2.a) Conflict of interest (on how to get to "C" or "O") 2.b) No conflict of interest (on how to get to "C" or "O") "C" - Consultant | Solve specific problems 1.) You You manually do all the work for your clients 2.) Scale  a) Increase knowledge of the formula you give to their clients to get them where they need to go; offer it in an online consultancy which allow you to continue the business without being as physically present b) Enter a more scarce and highly regulated offering and increase your ticket size and consulting fees (high ticket price and % based) "O" - Owner | Own a portion of a company as an asset whereby you get revenues without any manual work 1. Build your own by scaling a consultancy into one 2a) Buy your own i) By investing your own money to purchase equity (yield producing/revenue-generating) ii) By investing other people's money (as a  capitalist) iii) By purchasing franchises  Generally, you work for a system mostly as an exclusive employee. If your consultancy or service isn't scaled, consultants suffer the same way. To allow systems to work for you, scale your consultancy as described, or become an owner of more business assets by building some of buying some. It is possible to be multiple at the same time. I.e., many employees have no conflict of interest in their pursuits. Conversely, some people are happy with not scaling their consultancy, and they own other assets by buying other companies. Personally, I am progressing from working for a system to creating and being the system, to getting the system to work for you. Weekly, reflect: Where am I now? Where am I headed? Is this my goal? A mentor who is at the place you want to be is ________.

Abundance and Slavery Are in Your Limbic System! http://natu.io

Natu.io for more on Natu Myers' legendary principles. Why is it important to know that Abundance and Slavery Are in Your Limbic System? Pareto's Principle states that most (also known as the 80/20 rule states that, for many events, roughly 80% of the effects come from 20% of the causes. Some of the most profound changes can come from understanding some of the simplest things in the human mind It is important to be a master of the limbic system rather than be a slave to it It will help you be more self-aware in business What Do You Have to Be More Aware of Your Limbic System?  Fear and Greed: Most people are slaves to fear and greed. Slaves to fear are more likely to be driven purely by emotion and short term or no planning. To be the master of fear, understand the fears and desires of your market, connect those to their problems and solve their problems.  Mental Contrasting (i.e., Cognitive diffusion) and Not Reacting: Separate your automatic emotional reaction from your feeling. This is also a well-researched practice in goal-attainment science, called Mental-Contrasting and Implementation Intentions (MCII). It means you think about what you want, think about the obstacles that will stand in the way, and set up specific intentions about how you will handle those obstacles. Interestingly, just visualizing what you want (à la The Secret) is often negatively correlated with goal attainment. But visualizing success and thinking through a plan to deal with obstacles is highly associated with goal attainment. See Duckworth, A. L., et al. (2011a) and Oettingen, G., et al. (2001). For a discussion of self-talk in the third person, see Kross, E., et al. (2014). " My automatic emotions don’t have to be in charge. My feelings are my own." Brendon Burchard How to Use the Habits to See Abundance and Slavery Are in Your Limbic System! Weekly, reflect: Mental triggers I'll set up are ________ A time my identity held me back was ________. Fear ruled me when ________. I need to react better to ________.

How Contrarians Get Rich and Powerful During Crises

Natu.io for more on Natu Myers' legendary principles. Why Should I Know How Contrarians Get Rich and Powerful During Crises? It will help set you up for long term wins It will help you see opportunities in chaos and danger It will help you be a contrarian and innovator What Do Contrarians Do During Crises? Focus on the #1 High-Performance Trait: Confidence (Self-Efficacy) It has been proven through research that Confidence is the number one high-performance trait.  Confidence is a feedback cycle of believing in your competence, which gives you confidence, and so on. T-Shaped skills are critical. There is broad knowledge, but a focus on how to solve the deep strategic problems of your industry. Having a high focus, without jumping back and forth without having "shiny object syndrome" is more important than following trends for a short amount of time. If e-Commerce looks attractive due to a trend (i.e., Coronavirus),  and you spend very little time and commitment to focus on e-commerce, people who have been interested in e-commerce for years will take you out if you aren't willing to have large commitment and focus The grass isn't greener on the other side; it's greener where you water it How Get Rich and Powerful During Crises Weekly, reflect: I had "shiny object syndrome" when ________ I will make the most out of chaos by ________. My top strategic skills are ________.

    Reverse-Engineer Like a 7-figure Consultant - Natu Myers - Natu.io

Natu.io for more on Natu Myers' legendary principles. Why is Reverse-Engineering Like a 7-figure Consultant Important? It helps us solve problems in the best ways possible. Rather than finding an idea, simply solve problems that others are aware of. Most time spent solving problems is spent defining it. If someone is doing exactly what you want to do in your industry, reverse-engineer the steps they took to get there. Thinking By First Principles is great for solving new problems that nobody else has solved. What Reverse-Engineering Like a 7-figure Consultant Looks Like It is essentially reasoning by first principles. 1. We can start by understanding the assumptions we have towards solving a problem implanted by: Authority Figures Emotions Groupthink Cognitive Biases 2. Use Socratic Reasoning
on Assumptions to Find Fundamental Truth: Find the origin of the assumptions by asking the “5W’s and How.” Also, by asking “Why” repeatedly. Challenge assumptions by looking for evidence, alternatives. Explore what would happen if assumptions were wrong. 3. Build A New Solution Solve the problem based on the way you designed it. (It may look strange and new to others.) How to develop Reverse-Engineering Like a 7-figure Consultant Weekly, reflect: I followed crowds when  ________. I will use the "Reverse-Engineering Like a 7-figure Consultant" strategy when  ________. Examples of people who are at the place I want to be that I can reverse-engineer are:  ________. It is the scientific method applied (to business, your goals, etc). Based on the principles of systems. This strategy is A major component of all Systems Combination of strategy and tactics. Why does  the Millionaire Problem Solving Strategy Work? Inputs -> Processes -> Outputs -> Feedback -> and so on.... Inputs -> Processes -> Outputs -> Feedback -> Inputs -> Processes -> Outputs -> Feedback -> Inputs -> Processes -> Outputs -> Feedback -> it never stops 1. Processes  Processes: the tactics, the work, the reverse engineering 3. Outputs and Feedback Outputs and Feedback: What is the result?  In collecting feedback, have heightened sensitivity to the details to collect the richest feedback possible. The feedback goes back into the new input to adjust it. The process repeats itself forever A Warning: Warning: Don't attach your identity to any SINGLE one of these things or else you'll be either too strategic (long-term) or too tactical (short-term) Similar Example - Ray Dalio's 5 Steps to Success: Goal - Have a detailed goal Problem - Run into problems Diagnose - Define the Problem Design - Create a strategy to fix the problem Do - Execute the strategy to fix the problem How to develop the Millionaire Problem Solving Strategy Weekly, reflect: I will track myself by ________. How to Use Chaos as Your Ally (Blockchain and More)! http://natu.io

Natu.io for more on Natu Myers' legendary principles. Why Use Chaos as Your Ally? There is power in the unconventional. "Empty your mind, be formless, shapeless — like water. Now you put water in a cup, it becomes the cup; You put water into a bottle it becomes the bottle; You put it in a teapot it becomes the teapot. Now water can flow or it can crash. Be water, my friend." - Bruce Lee The more unknown decisions one party makes, the less they know about what your party will make. Decision Trees (Binary Search Trees have a worst case time complexity of "O(n)" which is as long as the amount of inputs and a best case of O(1) which is instant.) Cormen, Thomas H.; Leiserson, Charles E.; Rivest, Ronald L.; Stein, Clifford (2009) [1990]. Introduction to Algorithms (3rd ed.). MIT Press and McGraw-Hill. ISBN 0-262-03384-4. War is about deception, and knowledge is power. "During the World War II desert battles in North Africa, the English lieutenant Dudley Clarke ran a campaign to deceive ... One of his tactics was to use props--dummy tanks and artillery--to make it impossible for the [opposition] to figure out the size and location of the [army.] From highflying reconnaissance aircraft, these dummy weapons would photograph like the real thing. A prop that worked particularly well was the fake airplane made of wood; Clarke dotted bogus landing fields filled up with rows of these around the landscape. " Robert Greene, 33 Strategies of War  Chaos is a source for innovation. Inventions created by mistake: X-Rays, Penicillin, Microwave Oven, Post-It-Notes Focus your energies on one specific vertical for best effect. Regulation is normal, but when new chaotic industry verticals arise, lead the fray in creating it rather than sitting back and watching it. The less normal institutions understand the phenomenon, the better time it is to strike, while the iron is still hot. Before long, it'll be a well known industry of order, and the barriers to entry will be enormous. Examples "The Old Kings" Carnegie's Steel Rockefeller's Oil Ford's Car "The New Kings" Blockchain AI Nanotech 3D Printing Brain/Computer Interfaces Genetics How to Use Chaos as Your Ally: Weekly, reflect: An industry of chaos is ________? I can leverage chaos by ________. Order has limited me when ________.
