    We are in an age where spirituality has become popular and the stigma surrounding it is decreasing. In this episode I explore the ways in which we can raise the vibrational frequency that our spirits operate on, and how being in-tune with self can benefit you in your everyday lives. This episode was recorded during Black History Month (sorry for the delay), so listeners can look forward to some Black-ish! From Harriet Tubman on the $20 bill and Rihanna & A$AP Rocky's pregnancy, we're getting into it all! Oh yeah, and we can't raise our vibrations without laughter! We also talked about some exciting projects that are coming up for our guest as well as what it means to 'Keep It P', the culture surrounding the phrase, and what that means in today's society.     SZN 2 | Episode 1 - The Marathon Continues

    Peace and love! Welcome to Season 2 of Holla Back the Podcast!!! If you made it this far in listening to the podcast, I love you and I'm thankful that you are on this journey with us! We are kicking off the Nu Year with high vibrations, more knowledge, and more laughs. On this episode we had the privilege to Holla at my good friend, Azia Jordan. We touched on her being a recent graduate from an HBCU, selling "Killa Juice", and how she went viral on the first airing of her radio show. I also put her music skills to the test in the entertainment segment of the show as well. Put your headphones in, turn the volume up, and get you some snacks because you are in for a treat!

    We are tired. I am tired. I usually have the community Holla Back at me, but I took one for the team this time. The revolution will not be televised, but I decided to speak on George Floyd’s murder by brutal police and what’s going on right now in Amerikkka. Let this episode serve as a chapter in your Black history books because they might leave the revolution out of the mainstream ones.
