    Bittersweet

    Knowledge is Power

    I’m Pregnant?¿

    Surprise, I’m pregnant. 26 weeks pregnant to be exact. WILD, I know. Such a turn of events. Today I’m talking all about the journey!! All the changes I have been influenced to make because of my sweet lil baby girl growing inside me! The wild story of me and her father and how we met. The mental battles I have gone through.     HEALING

    Today I went through a couple of my break throughs I had during my reiki healing session. Surprise, communication comes up yet again. I talk about having those tough conversations with not only yourself but everyone around you. Give you some tea on my chaotic chord cutting candle ritual and why I was even called to do it and what I got out of it. THEN we go through the highlights of the intro and chapter one of This is Your Brain on Food!!
