Soothes me when I feel overstimulated

Love these recordings! They’re like mini poems, but wordless. I’ve played almost all the episodes multiple times. So interesting to hear soundscapes from around the world. I’ve subscribed and unsubscribed to many, many podcasts, but this one remains a constant in my must-haves.

I’m wakeful tonight and listening. Beautiful and calming.
