This is round 3 or 4 of my reviews - as the Apple Podcast review process doesn’t seem to appreciate multiple reviews.
So - what’s fresh for this review . . . ? Delivery time. Session #249 landed on June 24, and the notes indicate it was recorded June 17. While I still find great value in the content even when it is 7-days-stale, I have a suggestion. Pivot all of your efforts into a process where you can release episodes within 1 - 2 days after recording them. That will hugely reduce your total efforts and mental overhead - as that’s what happens with JIT-methods. And the content will be 2x - 5x more valuable to listeners when it lands while content is hot in the news-cycle. These days, content that is 3 - 5 days old is essentially deep historical info given the velocity of AI activities. Even if it takes 2 - 3 weeks to get episode #250 out (due to spending time on delivery processes), you’ll be doing yourselves and all listeners a huge service by locking a repeatable JIT process that delivers pods within 1-2 days of recording.
Once again, great work, Jeremie and Andrey!!
