This is for the Customer Service employees of all kinds (and those that sympathize with us). Here, I will talk about my experiences in the many Customer Service positions I have held. These will be short, for now. Each episode will include a new experience of mine and one lesson on how to be a good customer. As listener numbers grow, I will start to read listener stories and have special guests tell their own tales.
