    Ep 151: Get Ready for this New Year's Energy because It is Calling for Action

    Nope, I am not late to the party because it feels like a new chapter, new cycle, new year is just starting now. Yes, coincides with the New Year of the Fire Horse and Spring season upon us. I don't know about you, but it feels like a shift is happening, a turning point and the world is moving fast... meaning that we cannot be sitting and watch life pass by. This year is calling for action, being unapologetically brave, doing the scary thing, from being our silly self, or maybe tending our inner child or teenager's desires. Whatever it is feeling for you, probably it is the right thing to do. But I will ask you to stretch it a little bit further and surprise yourself knowing that you can always feel safe in getting on that Fire Horse and gallop fiercely, unstoppable in creating the life of your dreams.     Ep 150: Boosting Your Immune System with Nature

    As often, some of the pod episodes are recorded during my morning walks, thoughts and ideas that come to mind or what is happening currently at that moment. One of the reasons is because I get inspired as I am taking a walk, but also because there is magic about being out in nature early in the morning. Something healing if you will. In today's episode, I share what I've been learning about the importance of getting early morning sun exposure and being out in nature. I wasn't crazy all those times I said that nature is healing and to spend at least the first few hours of the morning out in the sun. I was listening to a (science) podcast and it inspired me to share some of these science-based studies about: * the influence of the sun light on immune support * how it balances our circadian rhythm * forest bathing and influence on health * studies showing the effects of sun exposure and getting sick * much more... If this is not enough to get you out there, thenI don't know what else :) If anything, spending a few minutes to an hour outside early in the day does help me so much mentally.     Ep 148: Setting myself up for a heartbreak. It takes ONE to create a better experience in life.

    Hello! As usual, morning walks bring some reflection that I think it's worth sharing. Plus, we are in the emotional part of the year (hello Cancer szn) Plus, I always get super, hyper emotional around Mt birthday. Today, I share my lessons after giving away my foster kitty which I think are reminders of areas we are still working on.     Ep 146: When You Thought You've Healed, but There is More (Part 1) - [Nature Walk]

    This is part 1 of what I felt of sharing during my morning walk. As it happens, it is then when the share start pouring and I feel like I am talking to a good friend on a walk in the hills. I am sure this thought has come up with many of us, whether on a healing journey or not. "I have been so good and think I've cured the symptoms... disese... " and then have something else come up. I want to say, trust the process and your self healing abilities. Let's go on a talk about it as I share my latest experience with more symptoms and a visit to another specialist, a cardiologist. At this point I think my contacts list has more medical specialists than family and friends lol, not really but you get the point. As always, sending you love and healing vibes. Wendy

    Ep 145: Lessons about Learning Go Velcro (my kitty baby)

    Hi there! this is a short life update as I am still getting back into the flow of life. Recently I lost my little kitty Velcro and it has been the hardest thing for me to accept since losing my grandpa 11 years ago. I knew this date was going to come and nothing prepares you for it. Losing a dear soul who has been part of important times in my life, is truly a test of faith and trust... that we always make the best decisions for the people and furry souls that we love. I feel an old chapter has closed and a new one is opening and with that, it takes time and grace to understand and accept all that comes. *Have you even connected so deeply with a pet? to the point that it is not a pet or family, but more like a part of you? It is strange, but that is how I feel about Velcro and my other kitties. and so it also feels like when I work on myself, I do it with them. I learn so much from them, in general, from nature and all that exist in harmony with it. Hope all is well with you all my loves and see you again soon! In love and healing, Wendy

    Ep 144: Lessons of Surrendering from Unexpected Places.

    As much as anxiety and stress can come out of nowhere when least expected and linger for a while, we can find healing in the same way. Let me share with you this little experience w a kitty cat and a big lesson of surrendering. One take home message from all this is to continue practicing awareness and observe how your body is moving, feeling, being in the moment. Awareness of who and what is around you.
