    Launch of a Mindful Guide

In this episode, the first ever for the Kansas City Wellness Club, we want to start establishing ourselves as a guide for you during these stressful times.  Our mission has always been to guide you to rise above the tidal wave of modern day life, and that is more needed now than ever with the COVID-19 outbreak.  We want to introduce how we can inform and guide you, bring you positivity, and self sustaining encouragement.  You do not have to go through this alone, we are here for you.
