    You get to decide how you want to feel!

    You can decide that you want to feel happy today.  You don't have to, but you CAN.  If you decide there's nothing more important, chances are you will make healthier choices than you would otherwise.   Now, more than ever, it is important to do what we can to maintain our health.  Isolation has many people avoiding the viral toxins but overloading on toxic food and drink.  This has got to stop.  It begins with a choice. Now is the time to take your power back, isolated or not.  You have the ability to stay strong.  It begins with your thoughts, then your feelings, and ultimately your actions.   Your shiny today is YOUR POWER!
