Intro to the Chakra System: Beginner's Guide

Hello Beautiful Souls! I'm back with a fun series for you, all about the Chakra's! This week we will dive into each Chakra and the properties associated with them. As a newly enlightened soul, I knew it would be nice to share with you what has helped me in my spiritual journey. This also allowed me to do more research and learn a lot myself! You'll notice I pronounce, "Chakra" different from the beginning of the video to the end. Chakra is a Sanskrit word and after I had already recorded the beginning of the episode I realized I had been pronouncing the word incorrectly. Many Westerners use the "Sh" sound, however, it uses the "Ch" sound. I'm still working on remembering this so you'll hear me go between the two.  Love & Light,  Teresa Marie Connect with me: Email itsteresamarieg@gmail.com Instagram @imagine_podcast Facebook @imagine.empathpodcast

Surrendering: How to release control & accept our new normal

Hi guys! This episode was really therapeutic for me to record. It gave me so much peace knowing that I was sharing something so simple yet so profound with all of you.  There's something so beautiful about surrendering; It is not giving up, per se, but rather, it is letting go. It is giving yourself permission to release the grip and releasing yourself of the unbearable weight.   In this episode, I take you through the ways I have overcome my fears regarding the Coronavirus and how I have managed to not only accept my new norm but thrive.  I hope you all enjoy!
