    Fifth Dimension Ascension: What dimension are you experiencing?

    Are we in 3-D, 4-D or 5-D? The answer is all of these and then some. We're hearing a lot of talk about dimensional shifts, planetary convergence and the beginning of the Age of Aquarius. But what does this really mean for YOU, personally, and how do you know what dimension you're currently experiencing? I was recently interviewed for a book about fifth dimensional women and I love the questions she brought up during the interview. I said if I had to sum up fifth dimensional experiences in one sentence, I would say 5-D is all about living in the synchronicity and sovereignty. It's not that synchronicities don't happen in 3-D life, but they become the norm in the fifth dimensional experience. Personal sovereignty over our bodies, minds and emotions is the baseline of 5-D. In a 3-D, existence, it's typical to give our power away, feeling separate and divided. Keep in mind there's no judgement when we speak about these vibrational states because we are ALL existing in all dimensions. Therapists and healers will get this because you know how many different kinds of states you can experience while doing a healing session. We are all multi-dimensional, holographic beings. There's no reason to judge our own vibrational state or anyone else's because we hop into different dimensional realities al the time. My near death experience helped me to understand dimensions and how we operate within them.     Spirit Animals and Totems

    Do you know your spirit animal and totems? In this episode, I share just a few of my stories of how I connect spiritually and learn from the animal kingdom. . If these encounters hadn't happened to me, I wouldn't believe them!This introductory podcast also offers tips for getting started connecting with your own power animals How do you connect with your spirit animals? First, notice if you are drawn to a certain animal for no reason or if you have encounters with a particular creature. It can be helpful to look up what characteristics that animal represents from a shamanic teaching perspective. All we have to do is pay attention and listen to the messages. Here's a way to decipher between a message and a warning from the animal kingdom. When an animal presents itself to you alive in nature, this might be a message from Spirit. However, when an animal is dead on your path, this could be a warning.     Protect Your Mind, Heart and Soul-How to Navigate Social Media

    Now is the time to take back your mind and use your emotions as a powerful energy source. Your thoughts and emotions are an energy resource. Are you using your energy to make your life better? Is someone else harnessing your energy and using it against you?  Many of you know I took a long break from social media in order to get clear on if it's really possible to use social media platforms in a healthy manner. Social media is a lot like money, it is simply energy that can be used for evil and destruction or it can be used as a force for positive change. In this podcast episode, we discuss strategies to "take care of your light" as the Hawaiians say. "Malama Pono"-means "take good care of yourself" or "protect your light" in Hawaiian. The easiest and quickest way we can take better care of ourselves is to stop allowing suggestions of violence and oppression to penetrate our subconscious through "entertainment", which is really mind control. It’s a tough pill to swallow that everything we have been fed as entertainment has been a slow drip of conditioning to trauma and violence. And why are we ok with watching oppression and violence?     Create Your Own Ceremony: Grow Community for Positive Change

    Kick start positive change-create your own ceremony and ritual. Create a container for your intention. Carrie Hamilton of XO Wellness talks with me about utilizing ceremony to harness our intention. Want to make a shift? There's no quicker way than to put action steps behind your intention with sacred ritual. We recorded this episode immediately after connecting with our friend group for a Spring Equinox Ceremony. We had planned to get together and celebrate the arrival of spring like we do, then quarantine hit. So we got resourceful, planned a Zoom call and went along with the plan. We came away from our time with our friends so encouraged that we wanted to share some tips with you. You can make your own special rituals and ceremonies to harness your intentions. *There's no wrong way to do ceremony and ritual. Just bring your authentic heart and be real. *You do not have to appropriate any indigenous culture or custom to have an effective ritual. Be creative and remember how powerful you are. *Start with time to catch up and share. *Bring an offering for reciprocity. An offering of your breath can be a sacred gift. *It might feel scary to be vulnerable and open in a sacred way when it comes to sharing and that's OK.     Interview with Austin: My Son's Healing Story

    Learning from the Young Ones: My Interview with Austin Austin's healing story and my connection with this child is no accident. We were meant to be together. I never dreamed a child would come into my life and rock my world. The process of adopting Austin has been the most unexpected blessing in my life. This wise soul has been through a lot and he shares his helpful perspective on trauma and loss. Austin wrote his first motivational speech in sixth grade. He's chaplain of his private school, leading the middle school in prayer. Since Austin has overcome so many challenges, he's already a spiritual leader. Austin teaches me every day and we are blessed to learn from each other. I share our journey in this episode.
